Mandatory Training

The Safety Advisor will provide and certify the training of personnel involved in the loading, unloading, shipping and transport of hazardous products.

Technical Inspection

During the year, the Advisor will carry out a Technical Inspection visit and will draw up a report of the visit which the company will keep at the disposal of the authorities.

Operations with MMPP

Shipments, transport and loading and unloading operations of dangerous goods generate the obligation to designate a Safety Advisor to the responsible authority, in accordance with the rules and regulations established to ensure safety in the transport of such goods.

The company shipping dangerous goods, whether for itself or for a third party, plays a key role in the transport process.
The shipper is responsible for depositing the dangerous goods in the vehicle, ensuring that it is authorized for transport and that it complies with safety regulations.
The unloader is responsible for receiving the goods and ensuring a safe and correct unloading, following the established provisions.
The carrier, whether a natural or legal person, assumes responsibility for carrying out the transport of dangerous goods, complying with the regulations and safety requirements.
