Appoint Counselor

Designate a Dangerous Goods Road Safety Advisor to the responsible authority of the Autonomous Community.

Annual Report

With the Dangerous Goods operation during the first quarter of the year before the responsible ministry.

Mandatory Training

The Safety Advisor will provide and certify the training of personnel involved in the discharge of hazardous products.

Technical Inspection

During the year, the Advisor will carry out a Technical Inspection visit and will draw up a report of the visit which the company will keep at the disposal of the authorities.

In the textile industry, various chemical products are used in the finishing processes and fuels for the operation of the facilities. Discharges at these facilities generate the need to designate a Safety Advisor before the competent authority and to submit an annual report of discharges to the corresponding Ministry.
